The Executive Vice President will provide leadership and advise the BND President and Advisory Board on strategies, objectives, and programs as they relate to FinTech opportunities, legislative and/or administrative initiatives, special strategic projects, and overall Bank positioning. The Executive Vice President will lead BND in exploring, assessing, and delivering FinTech-related solutions for/with financial institution partners. This includes collaboration with state and federal agencies, financial institutions, legislators, and other identified customers. They will work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer to aid in developing and maintaining legislative and administrative relationships, managing specially directed legislated programs, researching and recommending solutions, and providing overall support in this area. This position will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and participate in the strategic planning process by implementing, evaluating, and recommending overall bank objectives that support strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor's degree with specific emphasis in accounting, banking and finance, business administration, or economics and at least 10 years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility in a financial institution.

As an Equipment Operator, you will perform highway, roadway, and structure maintenance. This includes operating heavy equipment to perform required maintenance duties like basic snow and ice control/removal. You will complete highway maintenance duties, which include assisting in installing, repairing, and maintaining highway signs and guardrails. To complete these tasks and others assigned, you will operate power tools and other equipment to perform maintenance duties. Part of this job is to keep the roadways clear of any hazards, this includes litter, waste, debris, garbage, and carcasses.You will complete building and ground maintenance duties, and general routine maintenance of the roadway and radio system equipment. You will also perform minor preventive and repair maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Maintain necessary paperwork, including time records, activity reporting, daily diary, road reports, etc. You will receive training and perform construction project duties under close supervision.An important part of this position and the culture at the NDDOT is to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your coworkers and others.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered as an Equipment Operator II, you must have a valid North Dakota Class A driver license without air brake restrictions and a cargo tank endorsement (N) by the first day of work. In addition, two years of relevant experience or one year of experience and one season of winter operations similar to NDDOT.To be considered as an Equipment Operator I, you must have a valid North Dakota Class B driver license without air brake restrictions.If unable to find a candidate with preferred experience, will consider filling this position as an Equipment Operator in Training, which requires a valid North Dakota Class A driver permit without air brake restrictions and a cargo tank endorsement (N) by the first day of work. The therapist is responsible for providing Brief Strategic Family Therapy Services for families where a child or children are at-risk of out-of-home placement. With a focus on family preservation, this position will utilize philosophy and skills acquired through Brief Strategic Family Therapy model training and passing competency panel. The position will serve the Fargo Metro area, as well as surrounding areas in Southeast ND.

Duties and Tasks

Therapy: Provides family therapy services in compliance with the Brief Strategic Family Therapy model; Serves as advocate for services for families; makes recommendations related to individual treatment as needed. Documentation and Record Keeping: Completes documentation congruent with the BSFT model; when appropriate, will complete Title IV-E billing in the portal; DJS Time logs; timesheets for payroll. Other duties: Participate in consultation sessions, education, and training opportunities; participate in supervision and other agency related meetings; provide testimony on behalf of agency as needed; and all other duties as assigned. The duties of the position does require travel. No on-call requirements. Ability to work remotely/home office. Flexible 40-hour work schedule.
