Ward County Human Service Zone is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position (51-5189). The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for all Children and Family Services (CFS) Programs and staff. Administrative support for all CFS Programs include but is not limited to the following: Children Family Team Meeting (CFTM) Notes; provide documentation support for Case Management by entering case notes, emails, and text messages into FRAME; handle open records requests and complete any necessary redactions prior to documents being sent out; serve as project leader for WCHSZ document migration and maintenance in SharePoint; provide assistance in ensuring that Case Management billing is completed timely; and process discovery requests. Ruth Meiers Adolescent Center - Grand Forks, ND - Temp Residential Direct Care Associate - Youth Pick up shifts as the needs arise, must work at least 2 shifts a month. This is an ongoing temporary position. On a temporary basis, hourly rate is $26.25 per hour. Base pay will be determined upon hire and will fall within a range of $19-$24 per hour. Temporary increase in effect for an undetermined amount of time.As a Direct Care Associate III working with youth in a residential setting, you will provide positive mentoring and guidance to young people impacted by behavioral health disorders. You will serve as a role model, exhibiting a positive and respectful approach in all interactions. You will teach daily living activities, including household tasks, hygiene task, effective communication, and socialization with the goal of helping those you serve increase their independence. An important part of this position is assisting the youth to articulate their goals and what is important for them. You will teach self-advocacy and self-help strategies to assist the youth in reaching their goals. You will thrive in this position if you have a passion for teaching young people life skills and how to overcome barriers that may be present in their lives. To be considered for the DCA III position, applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED; and two years of work experience providing direct care to special populations. This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
