LSTC - Grafton, North Dakota - Direct Support SupervisorStatus: Full time benefitted position, pay range $20.85 - 27.80/hrWork Shifts PM: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM and every other weekend As a Life Skills Manager/Direct Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing supervision at the Life Skills & Transition Center. The position will be a rotating location. Behavioral Health - Remote in North Dakota - Family NavigatorSupport families across the state seeking access to behavioral health services for children and youth as a Family Navigator for the Behavioral Health Division at North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS).As a Family Navigator, you will review universal applications and guide families through the process of accessing the right level of care. You will work closely with referral sources, Human Service Centers, and other partners to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for families.
