Northwest Human Service Center - Williston, ND - Functional Family Therapist This position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.**Will consider flexible shifts, including a 4-day work weekAs a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians. Typical work schedule includes evenings and the ability to be flexible to meet the scheduling needs of families. Minimum Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance (janitorial, landscaping, painting, or groundskeeping). Willingness to learn new skills like minor repairs or using tools and equipment. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license to get around the park. Must be at least 16 years old.
