Launch a statewide service partners workgroup collaboratively focused on National Service and volunteer recruitment.Cultivate and sustain meaningful, local partnerships, building pathways to service and service-to-career pathways for local residents, neighborhood groups, youth-serving organizations and faith-based organizations.Conduct AmeriCorps alumni outreach.Support existing contracted partnerships and manage social media accounts for recruitment efforts.Assist program manager and division directors with requests for information.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of a two-year associate degree and six months to two years of similar or related experience is required.Additional InformationHourly Pay - $22.00-$30.00 per hourWork Hours - Monday-Friday, not to exceed 25 hours per week. North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking an IT Education & Consultant Specialist for our EduTech division.As our IT Education & Consultant Specialist, you will:* Guide educators and students with opportunities that extend learning in the classroom and beyond, focusing on the use of technology to improve student achievement. * Extend classroom learning with technology by developing, evaluating, implementing, and facilitating face-to-face and online technology training courses. * Drive innovation through monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies to determine the impact on services and feasibility of implementation.This role can be done remotely within the state of North Dakota, but travel to different areas in the state is frequent and required. Start date is flexible and can occur after the conclusion of the current semester.The successful candidate is comfortable working in an environment with a continuous workload and an emphasis on quality. They are an inquisitive and constant learner, open to observation and feedback. They should be highly organized, and able to manage their time and priorities effectively in order to meet organization standards. To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in education, worked in the K-12 system for a minimum of four (4) years, and have experience which demonstrates your ability to develop and present a variety of technology training courses to K-12 educators and administrators.You must have a valid ND teacher's license or be willing to obtain one within a year of starting employment. Licensing obtainment and renewals will be at your expense, but assistance through NDIT's tuition reimbursement program may be applicable. You also must have a valid driver's license.

Assist with monitoring and preparing financial reports as assigned.Assist in maintaining and updating appropriate accounting procedures and practices as changes are necessary. Assist with fiscal year close out tasks.Assist in preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports.Assist Commerce team members with financial requirements needed to setup and maintain various grant programs agency wide.Respond to employee/partner's requests, inquiries, and open record requests as needed.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of an associate degree and 1-3 years of similar or related experience.Location: Commerce has a central office location in Bismarck and this position will be working remotely from any North Dakota location. Some travel is required.Hiring Salary Range is $4,476 - $5,036 monthly.
