North Dakota State Hospital - Jamestown, ND - Executive Administrative AssistantAre you that energetic individual who thrives on multitasking and brings a smile to every challenge? We want to hear from you!We are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support within our organization. This position is essential for coordinating administrative office functions and requires a high degree of responsibility and dependability.Key Responsibilities:Manage routine office tasks, including reference calls, work orders, and maintaining records.Schedule conference rooms and oversee purchasing activities for our organization.Coordinate performance reviews and other administrative functions.Handle incoming phone calls from various stakeholders, including the Governor's office, legislators, and the press.Complete essential applications and surveys, such as the annual hospital licensure application and census.Attend, record, transcribe, and distribute minutes for various monthly meetings.Support the Superintendent by scheduling appointments, typing correspondence, and travel arrangements.Supervise the Medical and Nursing Administrative staff, providing backup support as needed.Ensure continuous coverage in the Executive Leadership Suite and maintain the overall organization of the Administration Offices.To be considered for this position you are required to have the following: Education: Associate degree with an emphasis in office-related functions, or a high school diploma/GED.Experience: Four years of office support, clerical, or secretarial work experience; or six years of relevant experience if holding a high school diploma.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills.Why Join Us?
