Child Support division of the Department of Human Services has started the Guidelines Quadrennial Review

It is time to review the North Dakota child support guidelines.  This review happens every four years.  Part of the review involves convening an advisory committee to make recommendations for changes to the guidelines.  Those recommendations are then presented to the Executive Director of the Department of Human Services.  Upon approval of the recommendations, Child Support will begin the rulemaking process to formalize the changes.
