Investment Operations Officer The ND Department of Trust Lands currently has an opening for a fulltime Investment Operations Officer in the Investment Division, located in Bismarck, ND. The Department is charged with managing the permanent educational trust funds and assets under the Board of University and School Lands control. Learn more at: Home | Trust LandsHiring Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annuallyPosition Location: Bismarck, NDEvery day as an Investment Operations Officer, you will play an integral role in the division's primary purpose of managing the fiduciary responsibilities for a $7 billion investment portfolio of the permanent educational trust funds, under the ND Board of University and School Lands control. You will: Oversee operations for the Investment Division.Reconcile monthly account balances and quarterly management fee invoices.Track fund contributions and distributions to provide to custodial bank, consultant, and performance reporting vendor.Collaborate with Legal, Accounting and Unclaimed Property Divisions to process fund transfers and records requests.Manage recordkeeping of investment manager correspondence and statements.Prepare investment division footnotes to annual financial statements.To thrive in this role, you must be flexible, and detail oriented in your daily tasks, be highly quantitative, possess strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
